Adeva Jewellery Warranty

Adeva Jewellery (AJ) stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Our mission is to craft a stunning piece of jewellery that you will cherish forever – which is why our pieces are individually handmade, and evaluated to our highest standards. We guarantee that your fine jewellery purchase will be free from defects in craftsmanship upon delivery.

Your Adeva Jewellery is covered by our warranty for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Under this warranty, we will replace any broken or lost accent/side stones (below 0.05carat for diamonds and up to 0.1carat for other gemstones), and perform repairs to mountings, free of charge within one (1) year of purchase. We will also provide annual, lifetime, free routine inspection and cleaning services for your jewellery covered. Under the warranty, all AJ purchased rings are qualified for a one-time free resizing within one (1) year of purchase.

All other repairs (resizing included), accent stone replacements, or mounting repairs not covered by our warranty are offered at a customer discount. Any repair or alteration performed on your AJ piece by another jeweller will void your warranty with us.

Adeva Jewellery will not be held responsible for any damage caused by third party service and maintenance of your AJ piece. We do provide repair and other jewellery servicing of your non-AJ pieces that you want us to impart with the Adeva Jewellery touch. Negligent use or abuse of your AJ piece may also void your warranty.

Certificate of Authentication from Adeva Jewellery

Our Authenticity card provides a guarantee that the diamonds, gemstones and precious metals used are genuine in accordance with the recognized jewellery industry quality standard.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds or return of items. Adeva Jewellery will work with you to ensure that you are happy with the piece at the time of purchase. This way, AJ is confident that you will love our pieces and would want to keep them for a very long time. If for some reason, you are extremely unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you find your perfect fit. 

We allow exchange of ready to wear (RTW) items within 7 days of receiving your order. Purchased RTW items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all its original packaging. The value of the item at the time of exchange is the purchase price or the assessed current selling price, whichever is lower.

If qualified, you may also exchange your item for a higher priced item or with several items amounting to a higher total value by simply paying the difference. However, should you decide to trade in for a lower priced item, AJ will not be giving a cash refund for the difference. 

Adeva Jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or modified are not eligible for exchange. And since AJ guarantees to work with you in crafting your bespoke / custom-made / made-to-order / personalised items according to your specifications, these items are not eligible for exchange.
