Yes, we can schedule a client meet up within Metro Manila.

Contact us through email, phone, our Facebook page, or drop by our store (contact info listed above) to discuss any variations or special requests with regards to the design, engraving, stone setting, or any other customization you want on your jewellery.

We will be happy to work with you to create the pieces based on what you want, imagine, and desire. This may require additional charges.

We work with Yellow, White, and Rose gold in 14, 18, and 21k purity for our pieces.

We ensure that the diamonds and gems used on all Adeva Jewellery are sourced from suppliers who guarantee to sell only conflict-free stones.

  • Every ring purchased from Adeva Jewellery comes with one time free resizing.
  • We can resize your rings for a minimal fee.
  • We also provide lifetime cleaning services for all Adeva Jewellery pieces.
  •   We accept cash payments and bank transfers.
  •   We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others). We also accept PayPal, PayMaya and GCash.

  • We offer free shipping of your orders via LBC to anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Cost of shipping outside of the country is at the client’s cost.
  •   It depends on the availability of the items and materials relevant to your custom jewellery purchase. We usually send the items out within 15 to 20 working days.
  •   Once the purchase is completed for items that are ready to wear, and already in stock, we send them out immediately.
  •   Resizing and engraving of pieces purchased from stock on hand are typically ready to ship in three to five working days.
  • We can also rush orders for an additional fee.

We will be sending an email notification with a tracking number once we ship your orders.
